British Millerain Chera 8 medium weight waxed cotton fabric. Chera 8 is an excellent all round water resistant material, soft to touch, matt in appearance, it is durable and will age with use.  The British Millerain brand is synonymous with high quality waxed cotton products. Chera 8 could also be described as a light weight cotton canvas. Waxed cotton marks very easily and is highly likely to appear marked on delivery. These marks are part of the nature of the fabric and add to its character. Rewaxing a finished item or garment may even out the finish.
